These terms and conditions of use ("Terms and Conditions") constitute a contract between you ("User") and QUE SEGURO S.A.S., ("QueSeguro.co") in relation to the services offered through the website www. queseguro.co (the "Portal") or by any other means, the User being subject to these Terms and Conditions.

QueSeguro.co, which acts as an Insurance Agency, provides the User with a free price comparison service and characteristics of different services and products, provided by various companies (the "Company" or the "Companies"), in order to allow the User to opt for the product that best suits their needs.

QueSeguro.co may confirm the personal data supplied by going to public entities, specialized companies or risk centers, for which the User expressly authorizes QueSeguro.co. The information obtained from these entities will be treated confidentially.

The user may always request QueSeguro.co to update, modify, rectify and/or cancel their personal data and exercise the rights contemplated by Colombian laws on the matter. The foregoing through the procedure indicated in letter "f" of these policies.

B) Authorization for the processing of personal data

If applicable, once the complete claim has been received, a legend will be included in the database that says "claim in process" and the reason for it, within a term not exceeding two (2) business days. Said legend must be kept until the claim is decided.
The maximum term to address the claim will be fifteen (15) business days from the day following the date of receipt. When it is not possible to address the claim within said term, you will be informed of the reasons for the delay and the date on which your claim will be addressed, which in no case may exceed eight (8) business days following the expiration of the first term.

iv) QueSeguro.co does not guarantee the User any return or utility.

v) QueSeguro.co does not guarantee the User saving money of any kind since the Services only imply making available to the User the Quotations prepared by the Companies according to the data entered by the User in the Portal in a totally objective and impartial manner. without trying to influence the User's decision in any way. Due to the foregoing, the responsibility for the choice of a product by the User falls exclusively on him.

F) Release of Liability

The User will defend and indemnify QueSeguro.co, and its employees and agents with respect to any lawsuits, convictions, fines, claims, sanctions, embargoes, and precautionary measures that may derive from:

i) Non-compliance by the User with the laws of intellectual and industrial property in relation to the use of the computer program and equipment necessary for the operation of the Portal and the Services;

ii) Any damage caused to the Companies or third parties, arising from any fault or negligence attributable to the same; Y
